Privacy notice
Last updated October 27, 2026
This notice describes how the initial, free Agent Commission Tool website works. It is a browser-based calculator and production tracker, not a cloud account or customer relationship management system.
Information you enter
Calculator inputs and anonymous production entries are processed directly in your web browser. This version does not transmit those inputs to an Agent Commission Tool application server or store them in an online account. Saved cases and weekly goals reside in your browser's local storage until you remove them or your browser clears them.
Do not enter client names, policy numbers, dates of birth, contact information, medical details, or other confidential client data. Use non-identifying case references only.
Downloads and backups
If you export a CSV or JSON backup, the file is generated in your browser. You are responsible for controlling where it is saved, shared and stored. Anyone with a copy of an exported file may be able to read its contents.
Hosting and technical data
The hosting provider used to serve this website may process basic technical information, including IP addresses, browser requests, security events and access logs, to deliver and protect the site. Such processing is controlled in part by the hosting provider's policies and may be subject to operational retention.
Analytics, advertising and payments
This initial website does not include an Agent Commission Tool login, hosted checkout, embedded advertising or visitor analytics scripts. If those services are introduced, this notice should be updated to describe them before they are enabled.
Your choices
Use the dashboard's Delete all saved entries control to remove tracker entries from the current browser. You may also erase site data through your browser settings. Clearing browser data can permanently delete unsaved work, so export a backup first if you want to retain it.
Updates
We may revise this notice when new functionality or service providers are added. Please review the date shown above to determine whether it has changed.
